Incoming e-mails: body of msg is blank. How to fix?

Recently, many of my incoming e-mails - the body of the message is blank. If
I hit forward, and sometimes have to change format of message to Rich Text or
HTML, then the message appears. I made no changes in settings,
options,....nothing.
Any ideas how to fix?

Any ideas how to fix?

The first thing to do is to make sure your antivirus program is not scanning
incoming mail. Uninstall your AV program and reinstall it without any mail
scanning feature. Then have the original senders send the messages again to
see if there is a difference.
