INCOMING MAIL FORMAT

Hi
I have Office 2007 all incoming mail converts to Plain Text format, it also
is in white font so it appears blank. It cannot be read without going in to
edit and changing to format to HTML then selecting Format Text and changing
the font colour. Any suggestions on how to change the settings in incoming
mail?

if the font for plain text is white, go to tools, options, mail format,
stationery and fonts and check your plain text font.
