MESSAGE FROM MICROSOFT KNOCKS ME OFF EXPLORER

EVERY TIME I AM WORKING ON INTERNET I GET KNOCKED OFF, I
STAY ON LINE BUT IT SCRUBS ME OFF. MESSAGE SAYS, (IN PART)
MICROSOF INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND
NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY ETC. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Maybe it's because you're CapsLock key is stuck? (All caps is considered
SCREAMING.)

You need to go to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install the
latest updates, Bob (AV app disabled, please).
