Lou

I am not sure what happened I think my hand slipped while
closing a web site and I get this blue screen saying
windows has shut down to prevent damage to computer It may
have said pcf or something and seconds were being counted
so I went ahead and rebooted everything came back and I
have found no problems ran drive cleaner from winoptimizer
showed redundent file 512mb memory dump (assume it was
contents of ram, computer has 512mb ram) went ahead and
deleted now sitting in recycle bin. Does anybody know what
happened and do I need any of the dumped info back. Thanks
for any input or suggestions. Is this the blue screen of
death I read about from time to time. Thanks again.

No you can safely delete the dump file.

Sine you don't know what happened to cuase it, I doubt if anyone could
suggest what may have happened - unless you can repeat it of course :-)
