Hello
My desktop computer sometimes stops working and gives me this message

....Beginning Physical Memory Dump
Dumping physical memory: 100%
Physical memory dump complete.

and then I have to restart it to get it to work again. What's the problem?
What is physical memory? Is it RAM or HardDisk or what?

Thank you

Without the rest of the STOP message that precedes the memory dump, we have
no way to know this based on the information provided so far.

Physical memory is RAM.

The complete message, differres time by time. Sometimes it says "IRQL not
less or equal", sometimes it says " a problem with win32k.dll", but most of
the times this is the complete message"

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error, restart your
computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

check to be sure you have adequate disk speace. If a driver is identified in
the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturere for
driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any Bios updates. Disable Bios memory
options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove
or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select Advanced
