Member Server Unresponsive

I have an Active Directory Windows 2000 Domain. I have just built a Windows
2000 SP4 member server. All seems normal logged on locally. However, when I
try to connect via Terminal Service client, it fails. If I try to connect to
the adminstrative share (\\servername\c$) this also fails. Attempting to
"Manage" via the manage my computer applet, this also fails. I am logged in
as the Domain Admin. What could cause this problem?

Becaause it is a "member" server, you will have to manage it with local admin credentials -
domain credentials will not work. You can add domain creds to the local admin group on the
member server.
