It doesn't. Unless someone physically a shortcut to it in the Startup
folder.
 
I didn't do anything, but it loads at startup

If it's not in the Startup folder (Start, Programs, Startup) then use Start,
Run, (type) MSCONFIG (enter) and look in the Startup tab here.

If it's in the standard Startup folder, just delete the link.

If it's in the MSCONFIG Startup, uncheck the box)
