WMP plays movies upside down

hi folks,

I'm using Windows Media Player 11.0.5721.

For some strange reason WMP seems to play all movies upside down now.
(trying MP4's & AVI's).

Using other players, like VLC & Real Player, etc, they're fine.

I'm on XP pro with all the latest updates, SP3 etc.

thanks for any suggestions..
