Media Player Trouble

Today our Media Player started not wanting to play CDs. Any CDs we put in, it
doesn't read anything on them exept 2 songs. In "Now Playing" it just says
"Track 1, Track 2, and Track 3". Track 1 is nothing. Tracks 2 and 3 are
songs. We are connected to the internet so it should be reading the album
info but it doesn't. Can anyone help?
