Media Player 9 and Win 2000

I have a problem with Window Media Player 9 starting up
automatically when I turn on my computer. I have Windows
2000 (Version 5.0, Service Pack 4) and at startup, Media
Player 9 would start along with my anti-virus programs.
How do I prevent Media Player 9 from starting up
automatically? Thank You
