Media guide in Windows 2000 hangs computer

Windows media player 9 in windows 2000 service pack 4. go
into media player media guide and when it starts rollover
to next web page it hangs the computer and requires re-
boot. This happens everytime in the media guide.

Does the Radio Guide work okay? Is the player otherwise functional?
