Media Player 10 & 11

I hope someone can help, I had been using Media Player 10 but started to have
problems with my media library, songs were not playing or played for a few
mins then the Media Player switched itself off, I deleted Media Player 10 and
downloaded Media Player 11 but the same thing is happening. Can anyone help?
