Is there a limit on this? I have about 30+ items in the actual folder, but
only about 25 or so show up in the right button context menu under send to.
All of my shortcuts are legitimate, btw.

TIA

Perhaps you could place the "Global" ones in your "All Users" profile
and the remaining items in your local profile ?

Tried that, didn't make a difference :( For the record, after a bit of
cleanup, I currently have 23 in my send to folder, but only 20 of them show
up, along with a send to floppy and one to CD that the system apparently
added, for a total of 22.

Thanks, tho.

Further checking shows these do NOT appear in the r/c sendto context menu,
despite valid shortcuts being in the sendto folder:

Access 2000
FrontPage 2003
Word 2000

Note that the sendto folder contains these shortcuts relating to the above.
All others show up in both places exactly as they should:

Access 2000
Access 2003
Access 97
FrontPage 2003
Word 2000
Word 2003

I have to support all of these products, btw, which is why the dual
installs.

Boy! What an odd thing to be happening! I literally stumbled onto the
solution, so hopefully this might help others.

Come to find out the shortcuts that were NOT appearing were copies of those
that were installed originally. They had targets that were GRAYED out, and
going to (the applicable programs) "Microsoft FrontPage 2003". I had copied
them to the Sendto folder thinking they would behave as any other shortcut.

On a hunch, I created a brand new shortcut to the actual .exe file for each
of the ones that were not appearing. BINGO! They now all show up! Well, the
original ones still don't, but I deleted them and everything is perfect! All
the shortcuts that pointed to real files worked fine, it was just those that
did not that were not showing up. Odd, tho, 'cause they still were valid
shortcuts, clicking on them (in the sendto folder) still sent you to the
right place.

I have *NO* idea why the installed shortcuts don't work in the SendTo
folder, but I won't mess with success :)
