Make IE default browser

In trying to track down a bug, I made Mozilla my default browser. It was
only meant to be temporary. Now, IE is not asking me if I want to make it
the default browser again. Under Tool, Internet Options, Programs, I do
have the check mark in "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is
the default browser". How do I get it set back to default?
