"Make available offline" is not showing up in the context menu (nor in
the File menu of My Computer when I select any drive) however, "Enable
offline Use" is selected in Tools->Folder Options, Offline Files tab.
Am I missing a step?

What you are describing can happen if the "Disable 'Make Available Offine'"
option is set in Group Policy in the Computer Configuration >
Administrative Templates > Network > Offline Files
...if it's set in the local policy (start > run > gpedit.msc) then changing
it should be a breeze (if you're admin). If it's pushed down from the
domain, you'll have to go into Active Directory to change the policy.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your note. It looks as though everything is set as Not
Configured in both the Computer and User Configuration. Toggling this
option and restarting wouldn't do anything, right?
