Offline Folders

I have Vista Business, and I wish to make some network folders available
offline. However, when I right-click on a network folder to expose the
context menu, there is no option to make the folder always availabe. I have
enabled offline folders, and can find no information anywhere on what else I
need to do to get this working. Can anyone please advise what I need to do
to have this option available to me?

The reason for this is that the network folder is hosted on a Buffalo
Terastation Pro II NAS device. The issue is not stricly speaking solved, but
it's Buffalo I need to be speaking to, not MS.
