"Always available offline" option not there

I have Vista Ultimate, have enabled "offline files" and mapped a network
drive to a folder on another computer. When I right click onthe mapped
drive, I do not see the option for "always available offline." Can anyone
help? The offline files sevice is started.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I have already been through
that help screen and still cannot get the offline option to show....

What OS is the computer referenced by the network mapping running? Is the
computer a NAS device? Check that a) the file server supports offline files,
and b) that offline files are enabled.

I had this problem with a Buffalo Terastation Pro II, which was resolved by
a firmware update, and then enabling offline files through the control panel
for this device.

Both systems are computers running Vista ultimate. I have tried with offline
files on both machines, and with offline files enabled only on one machine to
no avail.

Thank you for your help.
