I have recently had to move my outlook.pst data file to a new XP user in
recovering from a crash. Most of it works fine; I had to "delete" and re-add
the contacts account service, as described in another post, in order to
reassociate the contacts file as the Mail address book (thank-you!).
However, all my Inbox Organize Rules which move email to specified folders
have become invalid, even though all the corrrect target folders appear on
the Folder List Tree (e.g. "move all mail to: (e-mail address removed) to folder Mailing
Lists").
Is there a simple way to revalidate all the rules at once? Or do I have to
delete & re-add them separately?
