A helpful detail would be who your email provider is.
Windows mail doesn't use Internet Explorer, so the page that it displays is
not involved in whatever problem you're seeing.
Ask your mail provider for details on setting up Outlook Express or Windows
Mail - the directions are very similar. This will give you all the
necessary details, such as server names and settings. You'll have to know
your email login and password.
It would have been helpful if you explained which mail provider you DO
want to see come up.
