not receiving certain e-mails

For some reason I am not getting e-mails from two senders. One is from my
husbands business! The other is a yahoo address but I get other e-mails from
a yahoo address. i can send mail to them and they receive it, but I do not
receive anything from them. I set the mail to receive their address but it
still does not work. Help!!

Your email account has a web-mail page where you can also access new
incoming messages. Do you find the messages in your inbox on the web-mail
page?
