Mail Profiles problem

my OS system is windows XP. I don't have mail or mail and
fax in Control Panel. I need it to make a mail profile.
How can i have it? pls. help
 
You need to have a version of Microsoft Outlook installed. If you do browse to the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office directory and search for a "outlook.exe".
