No mail exist under user account or mail icon in Vista panel contr

I didn't see mail under user account or mail icon in Vista panel control
where I can find Mail Setup window and setup multiple profiles then I can
create new profile name. Please help me

Presimably you are using some version of Outlook?
You need to enable Classic View of the control Panel in Vista
