How do I run outlook for the first time, to get the mail icon?

I want to set up multiple email accounts. Help menu indicates start - control
panel - user accounts - mail, with a note that the mail icon will only
appear after program is run first time. Basically, how do I get to see the
mail icon?

The mail icon should be in the control panel as soon as outlook is installed
but you can go to the outlook shortcut on the Start menu, All programs,
Microsoft Office to run outlook.
