Mail Format

I have 2 computers, both running Outlook 2003. Both are set to send and
receive in HTML. The "read all standard mail in plain text" box is NOT
checked on either machine. One receives HTML mesages with all formatting
correctly. The other displays all messages in plain text, with all
formatting lost. Help!
