mail box full

Every other day I receive the following message.

Your mailbox is full! It is currently over its allowed capacity.
As of now, incoming messages can no longer be received, and they are
being returned to the sender indicating your mailbox is full.

Ihave sleared out my inbox/oubox etc. and I am still receiving this message
Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you, Brian

Check you email (web email) on the relevant ISP server or contact your ISP.
Could be something in your inbox on the server that is causing the problem (the emails that haven't
downloaded in Outlook Express or Outlook whichever you're using).

If you use Outlook (Express) than go to Tools, Accounts and then choose the
mail account which is full. Then click Properties, and choose the Advanced
Tab. Under the Delivery section, make sure the "Leave a copy of messages on
server" is unchecked.
