Why is my mailbox full

Customers tell me they receive message mailbox full. I check every day and
delete unwanted emails. I have only about 40 mails in my inbox

You're apparently saving all those funny messages with the huge .MPEG or .AVI
file attachments? It's the combined size of the messages that counts, not
the total number of messages. I suggest contacting your ISP for help.

This newsgroup is the wrong place for such a question, as it is devoted to
questions and answers for Microsoft Access, the database software.

Your mail box consist of more than your inbox. All of those other folders
where you stick e-mail including the sent and deleted folders add to the
total.
