Macro Help

I am trying to create a macro that will automatically change content in the
doc when the file name is changed. ex. The name of my doc is "x" and the body
contains the word: "x" numerous times. I would like to change the document
name to "y" and have all instances of "x" within the body automatically
changed to "y"

Rather than the macro route, I would do this:

Wherever you have "x" in the body of your doc, replace it with Insert --
Field... -- Categories: -- Document Information: -- Field names: -- FileName
-- OK.
