Any new Hardware installed recently Jeremy?.
It could be an Overheating issue or you overclocked the CPU, also
compatibility issue with new hardware.

Have a look in the Device Manager and see if there are any Malfunction
Devices or IRQ conflict.

You should keep all your posts about a problem in one thread /
conversation. You had a number of replies earlier to which you have not
responded. Use the Reply to not New Message option.

This is the technical information available but it is not over helpful
for a typical user:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms795775.aspx

More helpful comments from this source:
http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

"This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred.
The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you
have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most
commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU,
hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its
capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU)."

What hardware changes have you made?

Does the problem occur on starting the computer or after it has been
running a while? Check that all fans are working.

Look at the Hardware Troubleshooter here:

Hope this helps.
