When I turned my PC on today I get the following error
just before I would expect to see the XP logon screen:
LSASS.EXE - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.
I clicked OK and the same message appears. I click OK a
second time and the computer hangs and has to be manually
restarted.
The hard drive and files seem OK, but I just can't get
the computer booted. Won't boot in Safe mode or anything.
Anyone got any ideas? The MSKB didn't seem to have
anything relevant to this.
Thanks in advance,
Tim
