ipconfig error

When I run ipconfig I get:

ipconfig.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I have run antivirus check and spyware cleaning and a memory test -
nothing helped. When I boot in Safe Mode (With Networking) it works ok. Any
ideas?

Run msconfig.exe, then disable every task under the Startup
and reboot. Now re-enable one or two tasks at the time until
you find the culprit.

It turned out to be something called Medic that came with my ISP -
Roadrunner, when I turned it off things started working, thanks for the help.
