Lost partitions on slave drive installing XP

M

Mark

I deleted partitions and reinstalled XP on drive 0
(master). I didn't make any changes to drive 1 (slave).
When installation was complete, the partitions and files
on drive 1 (slave) were not able to be viewed. The drive
says that it's not formatted.
Any ideas other than using a recover utility and copying
the files to the master?

If you haven't written anything to the drive yet, and assuming you don't
have a copy of the partition info tucked away somewhere, try BootMaster a
freeware program that might help you recover the partitions.

Also try http://www.diydatarecovery.com/

Most important thing is *dont't write anything to the drive at all* till
it's recovered.
