Lost partitions on slave drive after installing XO

I deleted partitions and reinstalled XP on drive 0
(master). I didn't make any changes to drive 1 (slave).
When installation was complete, the partitions and files
on drive 1 (slave) were not able to be viewed. The drive
says that it's not formatted.
Any ideas other than using a recover utility and copying
the files to the master?

You can try,run,type:diskmgmt.ms
L.click the drive,if it shows,actions all,make active
Or run,type:cm
At the curser type:DiskPart list disks, list volumes,see what shows,fo
questions on what it can do for you type:HEL
or DiskPart /
Type:EXIT to end
