Ok heres another one that your all gonna think " how dumb" . I use a video
program , I was useing a dial up connection(only thing available in my area)
and all worked well it was just slow. Well I wasnt satisfied with the speed
so I went with satilite connection.(woooohooo) way faster. But, My video
program didnt work correctly, well After fooling with it for a couple months
, I thought well ill just reformatte my pc back to factory settings ( I have
all the cds that came with my new pc). And so I did. Well now its snowing out
and I couldnt get to work, I figure Ill just do the work at home. Nooooo, I
dont have any word program to work with. All I have is word perfect and that
does not work or save anything like I need it to. Can someone please tell me
how to get Microsoft word back on my pc?

How did you originally come to have Microsoft Word installed on your PC?

Was it pre-installed by the computer manufacturer?

Did you purchase Word separately?

You reinstall it from your Office or Word installation Media, it is not part
of Windows and never has been. If it was provided by your PC mfg you need to
contact them for installation media if you don't have it.

If you don't have a copy of it, you buy one.

If you thought it was part of Windows, I need to tell you that that
thought is not correct.

You go out and purchase one. The Trial or pirated version you had will not install
or you cannot install again.

Simply use the CD from which Word was originally installed to
re-install it. If Word came pre-installed on your computer, the
necessary installation CD and documentation will be with the rest of the
CDs and paperwork that came with the computer.
