Hi there/Please can any one help!!!!
I'm running Win xp With a NetgearFA311 Fast ethernet connection from
Telewest/blueyonder and keep losing my internet connection.
When i go to network connections it says it connected and shows an ip
address.But all i get is page cant be displayed on iexplorer,and then i have
to reboot my machine to get back on.If i repair it it says repair can't renew
ip address,if i disable then enable it it doesnt come back without any ip or
subnet mask at all.
I've tried RUN/cmd and release and renew but just get (unable to contact
your DHCP server Request timed out.
Can any one help i've tried blueyonder but they just say if all the lights
are on the modem (which they are nothing changes them whether connected or
not) then it must be the comp,but this has been going on 6 Years and on 3
different systems.
