Outlook 2003 - Windows XP Pro
Exchange 2003 - Windows Server 2003
1. I link Outlook 2003 to Exchange in cached mode within
my organisation
2. I have an extra account to download from my personal
POP3 account help by an ISP outside of my organisation
using ports 110 incoming and 25 outgoing
3. I have another POP3 account to download from a secure
server outside of my organisation using port 995 incoming
and 465 outgoing
Emails from Exchange and account # 2 above work fine.
All incoming emails from account 3 above are received
into my INBOX and remain there for about 10 seconds and
them simply disappear. No trace of them anywhere. Not
in junkmail or deleted items or quarantine. There are
only two processing rules setup in Outlook. Both search
for the text **** SPAM **** in the subject line - The
missing messages don't fit into this category.
Any clues anybody?
