I am unable to log off unless i use ctrl alt delete.
Their are 3 other users and they cannot log off at all.I
have to log each one off then log myself off.Windows
shows a file number 5.1.2600.0 but it will not open.Can
you help.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shutdown problems are usually because a program (or programs) is running
in the background and refusing to gracefully exit. This background
process is commonly malware, although it could be a legitimate program
that is crashing. Make sure your computer is 100% virus and
