Screenshots needed for locking computer and logging on/off

I know this is a strange request but I'm stuck.

I need screenshots of the following:

1. The menu displayed when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del giving you choices to log
on, lock the computer, or shut down.

2. The menu displayed when you have locked your computer telling you to
unlock it.

For obvious reasons (unless I am really missing something) I am unable to do
a screen capture of these two areas. I have Googled and cannot find these
specific screenshots.

I have been tasked with creating a PowerPoint showing how to log on and off,
and how to lock and unlock your computer. Help, please!

What about a digital camera? Works best with LCD monitor, looking strait on
and no flash.

Hi Door,
What about the Set or the combination of [ ALT + Print Screen] and you will
find them on the clipboard, it will do for you and you can edit it with any
Image editor and use it for the power point display.
Hope this helps

This may not be the most elegant solution possible but it
works:

First off, you're going to need a computer running Windows XP
Professional. That system must have the Remote Desktop
Connection feature enabled in Control Panel -> System and its
firewall must be configured to allow the remote connection.

Obviously, you'll need a second computer, preferably one
that is running Windows XP. If the other computer is not
running
XP, download and install the Remote Desktop Client from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdclientdl.mspx

Make sure that the account you're logging in with is a member
of
the Remote Desktop Users group on the XP Pro PC. This account
must have a password.

Next, create a Remote Desktop connection with the following
configuration:
1. On the Display tab move the slider in the "Remote Desktop
Size" box to the middle position. You can't have it running in
full screen mode.
2. On the Local Resources tab, set Keyboard to "On the local
computer".
3. Use the computer name or LAN IP address to connect.
4. Enter the correct user name and password.
5. Connect to your XP Pro PC.

On the local PC (the one that you're connecting from), hit Ctrl
+
Alt + End.
This should bring up the Windows Security dialog box on the XP
Pro machine.
On the local PC, hit Alt + Print Screen.
On the local PC, open Mspaint and click on Ctrl + V.
You can edit the image to display whatever portion of the
remote
screen you need.

Next, go back to the remote computer connection and hit the
"Lock Computer" button. Follow the same procedure to capture
this image.

Good luck

Nepatsfan,

The procedure you outline is the only thing I could think of, but I was
really hoping not to have to go there. Seth gave me the "easy answer" this
time. But you are still one of those whose posts I always read -- on the
point and answers the question. Thank you so much for being there for us
neophytes!!
