logitech quickCam Messenger problems

Hi, My gf and I are using the Logitech QuickCan Messenger webcams. I have
WinXP and Windows Live Messenger. She has Win98 and Messenger 7.0. She can
see my webcam without any problems, but when I try to view hers, it only
lasts for a few seconds and then disconnects. Any Ideas? I tried the
Logitech website, but found no help there.

This could be an issue with bandwidth, what kind of connection are you both
using, is it both DSL or is one or both of you using a dial up modem.
Try switching to yahoo messenger for both of you.
 
I'm using DSL and she is using dial up.
