Loging off

i have a problem on one of my pc's, when i try to log off from any user
account, it does not work, i have to press ctrl+alt+del and log off from
there. i had a similar problem before on an other pc. what could cuse this
and how can i fix it....?!
 
Do you mean when you click start, you only see Turn off computer, and you
don't see a logoff option ?
Or you do, and it just doesn't work
