I currently use rdp on several of my winxp machines. I am wondering if
the following scenario is possible:
1. user sits down at machine A and turns it on
2. at the winxp welcome screen, selects his user name and types
password
3. he is then logged onto machine B desktop (also winxp)
currently, i have a rdp shortcut for him to click on to get to machine
B. sometimes he forgets and ends up using the same program on machine
A, but it doesn't have his data.
it is not physically possible for him to sit at machine B, which would
be the easy fix.
alternate solution:
the program that needs to be run is an old DOS program, so maybe there
is a way to modify it so that when it is run on machine A, it access
the database files on machine B.
thanks
