Hi Charlie 
It is very possivle that you have a hijacker or other type of malware
causing this problem. Work through the information here to clean your
system and make sure there's no scumware creating this problem.

Check your options on the portal page? OK, I don't really know where to
find them. Maybe you need to change your personal details for the account.
