Locked Out

I disabled Games as there was an option to do so. Now I am getting an error
that locks me out of my hard drive and only allows me to visit Microsoft. the
error says
"an unauthorized change was made to windows which may result in limited
functionality" Learn more online. I can't do anything except to go online and
I am here hoping someone can help me with this. I can't even use the start
button to undo the change I made- which was an allowed change. I simply
clicked in a box to disable games.

Try reactivating again by telephone:
