Loch-ups

Sony Vaio laptop using WindowsXP SP2 up to date.... Mozilla 1.7.12 browser.
I use a DLINK Dwl-G630 nic to connect to my Actiontec wireless dsl
router/modem. Anyways occasionally while surfing my computer will lock-up,
mouse everything is locked, but if I remove the G 630 nic card everything
returns to normal and works correctly. Events are random as far as I can
tell. For instance, I was connected yesterday for 15-16 hours, no lock-ups.
Today after 2 hours bam! I removed the NIC and back to normal. This is all I
get in event viewer:Event Type: Information
Event Source: BROWSER
Event Category: None
Event ID: 8033
Date: 8/2/2006
Time: 10:27:15 AM
User: N/A
Computer: MARKSCOMPUTER
Description:
The browser has forced an election on network
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{860E8830-36CD-436B-88CA-E3362C61553F} because a master
browser was stopped.

Help and support center doesn't have much to say on this matter.
