LoadLibrary("C:\...) error everytime I boot up or log in?

Robert Miller

I cleaned some infected files or Malware, but not I am constantly getting
two errors everytime I
log onto my operating system.

"LoadLibrary ("C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application
Data\efwdmdsr.dll")
failed - The Specified module can not be found"

and

"LoadLibrary ("C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application
Data\Afyzalad.dll")
failed - The Specified module can not be found"

Other than that my system does run much better, but I still have more work
to do
sometimes the processor in Task Manager is only 80% busy.

Thanks again!

Robert

You still have elements of malaware on your system
I found an AVI file that I can not delete.

I get the message "Cannot dellete b: It is being used by another person or
program.
Close any programs that might be using this file and try again.

McAfee did not find this program. I am guessing it is a trojan of some
sort.

"B:" is not a file; it's a floppy drive usually.

A malware file was removed, but the reference to the file was not
removed, possibly from the registry.

To see if it's a registry entry, click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click
OK. Press the Home key, press F3, type the name of the file into the
search pane. Click "Find Next", and when located, delete the reference
to the file. Press F3 to continue the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.

I have an A:\ Drive and A C:\ Drive. I built the PC myself.

It is not my B: Drive. In my file folder I kept some AVI files, I have a
file
titled simply B. I have tried to delete the file, but it will not let me.
I deleted
30 other AVI files with no problem. I had files labled simply A through E.

I know there are many levels of ignorance in this usenet group. Mine is at
least high enough to know the difference between a file and a second floppy
disk drive.

I do thank you very much for this information. I'll try it now.

I'll load Zone Alarm 4 to at least prevent B from gaining access to the
outside.
I hope!

Thanks Joe!!!! :)

Try renaming the file from "B" to "B2" or something else that makes
sense. Maybe it can then be manipulated.
