servsecure.dll - LoadLibrary - Module not found

Hello. While trying to cure one problem (installation of MBSA), I came up
with this one on my P-III with XP Pro SP1.

Tried to re-register servsecure.dll in a DOS-box with the command "regsvr32
servsecure.dll". I get back an error box stating:

LoadLibrary("servsecure.dll") failed - the specified module could not be
found.

Apparently I need to figure out how to add this module but after searching
MS KB there's not much there on adding just one library module. Anyone know
how to do that? Please point me in the right direction. Thanks very much.
