urlmon.dll

I recently got back from a week of vacation and of course when I logged on to
the internet Microsoft had a bunch of updates for me to install. Problem is
that once they installed and I shut down and re-booted my computer urlmon.dll
had disappeared and I can no longer access internet explorer nor several
other applications.

I tried run>regsvr32 urlmon.dll

but I get the message "LoadLibrary("urlmon.dll") failed - The specified
module could not be found.

Any idea of what my next steps should be?

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
