loading personal settings

Running XP Home edition.

After installing Spysweeper I've tried to load my
personal settings but it's back to the system default.
My user profile is still on the system along with all
favorites it just won't load. Other id's are both
loading correctly.

Kelly -- there is a lot of information from the link yhu
provided...but I don't see any procedure on how to get my
profile (personal settings)in XP to load rather than it
loading the default settings?
