Linking audio files to a presentation and making it a single file

Hi,

I made a presentation in MS Powerpoint and inserted some audo files into it.
Now to send to others, I have to send all the audio files too. This doe not
look very professional and the size is also too big to handle. Is there a way
all these audio files can be linked to the Powerpoint file and bundled [may
be like an executable file], so that I can send just one file to my audience?
A quick reply will be great as I am trying to crack this for almost two days
now. :) I tried the "Package to CD" option and did a "Copy to Folder" but the
new folder still had all the audio files as separate and it did not help.
 
First thing that pops right into my head is you could put them all into a Zip
file. You can create a Zip file with WinZip, and you can get a free version
of WinZip if you don't already have it. If anybody else knows of any
PowerPoint tricks, though, feel free to help Roadrunner out. I don't know any.
 
Create WAV files. They can be embedded into PPT.

Thank you. I cannot go for WAV as the file size will be too big. Fake WAVs
is a really nice idea. I downloaded and installed the riffmp3 from
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00155.htm But I am not able to run it in
my machine. When I start the application, it just blinks and disappears. If
someone could tell me how to run riffmp3 that would be a great help.

Oh, you know, you might want to have another look at the FAQ link -- there's
