Limited user has no printer, XP home

My children have limited accounts but can not print Only
the administrator accounts can printer. sharing the
printer option under printer only share with another
computer. How can I allow limited accounts to print?
 
From Control Panel... Printers.... Security.... Everyone.... check
Allow
