Limited user vs Administrator

When I set up my XP Home system I am using a HP 2100 Printer/Scanner/Copier. When I set up my childrens account as limited users they are unable to print to the printer even from Word and Excel. The printer works fine if they are given Administrator status but I would prefer to keep them as limited users. Any suggestions?

Only problems are you have to do this every time your kids want to use the printer and if you want them to do it themselves, they have to know your passwor
